纳米稳定主动防冻雾封层及防冻性能研究

摘  要:为了有效抑制冻雨在路面表面的凝结,增大路表的抗滑能力,降低冻雨天气交通事故率,减少碳排放,采用环保型防冻剂乙酸钙与阳离子乳化沥青配伍,以固体颗粒纳米碳酸钙稳定乳液体系,设计一种纳米碳酸钙颗粒稳定的防冻雾封层,通过10 d分层稳定性研究和5 d储存稳定性研究确定水相防冻剂浓度和纳米碳酸钙的最佳掺量,最后对所设计的雾封层进行防冻效果和防冻耐久性的研究。结果表明:纳米碳酸钙能有效提高乳液体系的稳定性,水相防冻剂浓度对乳液体系的稳定性有一定的影响,雾封层的乳液最佳掺量为质量分数25%的水相防冻剂和质量分数0.4%的纳米碳酸钙;在-4℃的环境中,设计的雾封层具有显著的防冻效果,且一直能维持到冬季期(90 d)结束,同时在-8℃的环境中也能发挥一定的防冻作用。In order to effectively inhibit the condensation of freezing rain on road surface,increase anti-slip capacity of road surface and reduce the rate of traffic accidents in freezing rain,reducing carbon emissions,the environment-friendly anti-freezing calcium acetate was used in combination with cationic emulsified asphalt,and then the lotion system was stabilised by nano-CaCO_(3) particles,an anti-freeze fog seal stabilised by nano-CaCO_(3) particles was designed.The concentration of aqueous phase antifreeze and the optimal dosage of nano-CaCO_(3) were determined through the study of 10 d layering stability and 5 d storage stability.The results show that nano-CaCO_(3) can effectively improve the stability of lotion system,and the concentration of aqueous phase antifreeze has a certain impact on the stability of lotion system.It is determined that the optimal mass fraction of the emulsion of the fog seal layer is 25%aqueous phase antifreeze concentration and 0.4%nano-CaCO_(3).The prepared fog seal shows a certain anti-freezing effect at both-4℃and-8℃,where the anti-freezing effect is more pronounced up to-4℃,and the anti-freezing fog seal still has anti-freezing effect after a 90-day winter period.
