摘  要:为了探索制备磁性碳酸钙复合材料的新途径,以Ca(OH)_(2)和CO_(2)为原料,乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA-2Na)为晶型控制剂,通过在高压反应釜中添加Fe_(3)O_(4)纳米粒子,碳化制备了分散均匀、形貌为中空纺锤状的磁性碳酸钙复合材料CaCO_(3)Fe_(3)O_(4),采用SEM、XRD、VSM、XPS、TEM等表征方法探究了反应温度、EDTA-2Na添加量等对CaCO_(3)Fe_(3)O_(4)形貌和性能的影响。结果表明:纺锤状磁性CaCO_(3)Fe_(3)O_(4)的最佳制备条件为反应温度为120℃、Ca(OH)_(2)的质量分数为2%、EDTA-2Na用量为Ca(OH)_(2)质量的8%、反应时间为2 h、Fe_(3)O_(4)与CaCO 3的物质的量比为1∶10,所制备的CaCO_(3)Fe_(3)O_(4)的平均直径约400 nm,长度约为1μm,饱和磁化强度为9.78 emu/g。In order to study a new way to prepare magnetic calcium carbonate composite materials,Ca(OH)_(2)and CO_(2)were used as raw materials,and EDTA-2Na was used as crystal control agent,the dispersion and uniform hollow spindle magnetic composite materials CaCO_(3)Fe_(3)O_(4)was prepared by adding nano Fe 3O 4 in a high-pressure reactor.The effect of the reaction temperature and the addition of EDTA-2Na on the morphology and properties of the magnetic composite materials CaCO_(3)Fe_(3)O_(4)was investigated by using SEM,XRD,VSM,XPS,and TEM characterization methods.The results show that the optimum conditions for the preparation of magnetic composite materials CaCO 3/Fe 3O 4 were that the reaction temperature is 120℃,the mass fraction of Ca(OH)_(2)is 2%,the amount of EDTA-2Na is 8%of the mass of Ca(OH)_(2),the reaction time is 2 h and the molar ratio of magnetic Fe_(3)O_(4)to Ca(OH)_(2)is 1∶10,whose average diameter is about 400 nm,the length is 1μm and the magnetization intensity is 9.78 emu/g.
