摘  要:基于多能互补复合电站的优化配置模型,以投资成本、运行成本与出力偏差考核费用之和最小为目标,兼顾电源运行特性、多能互补运行特性与外部系统需求,优化规划期内风光等间歇性能源与火电等传统可调能源的投产类型、容量。提出了风-光-储互补协调和成本效益均衡的局域电源配比优化方法。通过新能源与给定计划发电曲线匹配的约束来保证匹配后风光储互补系统的出力与地区总负荷变化相一致,降低外部机组的调峰压力。Based on the optimal configuration model of multi-energy complementary composite power stations,the production types and capacity of intermittent energy such as wind and solar power and traditional adjustable energy such as thermal power during the planning period are optimized,with the goal of minimizing the sum of investment cost,operating cost,and output deviation assessment cost and the power supply operating characteristics,multi-energy complementary operating characteristics and external system requirements of power sources taken into account.The optimization method of local power supply ratio based on wind and solar power and energy storage complementarity coordination and cost-benefit balance is proposed.Based on the constraints of matching new energy with the given planned generation curve,the output of the wind-solar storage complementary system is ensured to be consistent with the regional total load change after matching,so that the peak load regulation pressure of the external unit can be reduced.
