摘  要:为减少机组考核,进一步提高深度调峰自动控制水平,某厂350 MW超临界循环流化床机组试运阶段在未进行设备改造的前提下,采用设定值曲线优化、控制回路逻辑优化、增加闭锁限值逻辑等一系列调整方法,实现了机组30%Pe~50%Pe负荷区间协调控制系统投入稳定运行,机组主要参数控制指标良好。对深度调峰阶段的特点、难点和注意事项进行了分析,指出超临界循环流化床机组控制要点,对同类型机组深调运行具有一定借鉴意义。In order to reduce the assessment of units and further improve the automatic control level of deep peak regulation,a 350 MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed unit of a plant is put into trial operation.On the premise of no equipment transformation,the coordinated control system between 30 Pe and 50 Pe load range of the unit is put into stable operation with a series of adjustment methods such as optimization of set value curve,logic optimization of control loop and increase of locking limit logic,etc.,and the main parameter indexes of the unit are well controlled.Finally,the characteristics,difficulties and matters needing attention in the stage of deep peak regulation are analyzed,and the control points of supercritical circulating fluidized bed units are pointed out,which can serve as certain reference for the deep peak regulation operation of the same type of units.
