摘　　要：运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法等,剖析全民健身公共服务数字治理目标、困境,并提出治理策略。目标:以大众需求为导向,推动供需适配;以多主体协同治理为切入点,形成多主体共享局面;以数字赋能为根基,提升服务效能。困境:基础环境有待优化,联动机制有待健全,各环节衔接有待畅通,保障体系有待完善。策略:净化数字治理基础环境,以提质增效筑牢发展基础;营造多元主体协同共同体,以协商互通促进多维协同;畅通数字治理全流程,以融会贯通提升服务效能;建立健全数字治理保障体系,以标本兼治推动精准施策。By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper analyzed the goal and difficulty of digital governance of nationalfitness public services,and put forward governance strategy.Goal:It should be guided by public demand to promote supply-demand adaptation,start with multi-subject collaborative governance to form a multi-subject sharing situation,and be based on digital empowerment to enhance service performance.Difficulty:The basic environment needs to be optimized,the linkage mechanism needs to be improved,the connection between various links needs to be smooth,and the guarantee system needs to be improved.Strategy:We should purify the basic environment of digital governance to build a solid foundation for development by improving quality and efficiency,build a community of multi-stakeholder coordination to promote multi-dimensional coordination through consultation and connectivity,smooth the whole process of digital governance to integrate and improve service efficiency,and establish a sound digital governance guarantee system to address both the symptoms and root causes to promote precise policy implementation.
