摘　　要：学习贯彻党的二十大精神和习近平文化思想,需要以法治思维来分析和研究图书馆事业发展问题。我国图书馆总分馆制建设很好地诠释了以法治思维、法治方式推进图书馆服务专业化创新的中国式现代化进程。图书馆未来法治工作重点应加强地方行业立法,巩固创新实践,以法治方式持续推进图书馆事业专业化发展。In order to study and implement the guiding principles of the 20th CPC National Congress Xi Jinping’s thought on culture,it is necessary to analyse and study the development of librarianship under the guidance of the rule of law.The development of the general branch library system better illustrates the Chinese-style modernisation of promoting the professionalisation and innovation in library services by appling law-based thinking and approaches.Future legal work in the library field should give priority to strengthening local legislation,consolidating innovative practices,and further promoting the professional development of librarianship through law-based methods.
