摘　　要：1950年,因遭遇人生困境,宝山楼主人潘景郑售书还债。其通过燕京大学图书馆主任陈鸿舜,既将宝山楼所藏部分古籍分18批次售予该馆,又进行了捐赠,初步完成其精善之本“得归一所”的心愿。文章对潘景郑致陈鸿舜的13通手札进行识读与考释,使这一史实从历史迷雾中逐渐清晰起来。今北京大学图书馆有160余种宝山楼藏书,有较高的文献价值,也使这些手札之内容得到了书目文献的验证。In 1950,PAN Jingzheng,the owner of Baoshan Lou,had to sell books to pay off his debts due to a hardship of life.Through Mr.CHEN Hongshun,the director of Yenching University Library,he sold some of the ancient books kept in Baoshan Lou to Yenching University Library in 18 batches,followed by some donations,thus basically fulfilling his wish of"getting the fine books into one library".This article sorts out and explains PAN Jingzheng's 13 handwritten letters to CHEN Hongshun,gradually making the historical fact clear from the historical fog.There are no less than 161 books from the collection of Baoshan Lou in Peking University Library(Yenching University Library is one of its predecessors),which are of high documentary value and allow the content of these letters to be verified by literature.
