新型城镇化视角下甘肃省城乡融合发展路径探析

摘　　要：新型城镇化是实现城乡融合发展的重要途径,城乡融合发展是推进新型城镇化的重要抓手。从新型城镇化的视角出发,通过查阅大量文献和调研,分析了甘肃省城乡融合发展现状,探讨了面临的城乡人力资源双向流通不畅、城乡经济发展不平衡、城乡居民收入差距大、基础设施建设配置不完善和城乡公共资源配制不均衡等问题,提出了优化配置城乡人力资源;缩小城乡区域发展差距;加强基础设施建设;持续推进城乡公共服务资源均等化;加快产业融合发展;建立城乡一体化的管理体系等甘肃城乡融合发展的实现路径。New urbanization is an important way to realize the integrated development of urban and rural areas,and the integrated development of urban and rural areas is an important starting point to promote new urbanization.From the perspective of new-type urbanization,this paper analyzed the current situation of urban-rural integration development in Gansu Province by literature reviewing,and discussed the issues such as the poor two-way flow of urban-rural human resources,unbalanced urban-rural economic development,large income gap between urban and rural residents,imperfect infrastructure construction and unbalanced urban-rural public resources allocation.It put forward the realization path of the urban-rural integrated development in Gansu Province,such as optimizing the allocation of urban and rural human resources,narrowing the development gap between urban and rural areas and regions,strengthening the construction of infrastructure,continuously promoting the equalization of urban and rural public service resources,accelerating the integrated development of industries,and establishing the urban-rural integrated management system.
