摘 要:荧光水凝胶因其优异的光学性能、生物相容性等优点受到广泛关注。本研究通过冻融法,将硅烷碳点(Si-CDs)与聚乙烯醇(PVA)复合,制备了一种具有pH响应性和抗菌活性的聚乙烯醇-碳量子点复合荧光水凝胶(PVA-CDs),表征了PVA-CDs水凝胶的微观结构,并研究了其机械性能、流变性能、吸水性、细胞相容性以及抗菌活性。实验结果表明,碳量子点的引入,显著改善了水凝胶的力学性能,降低了水凝胶的溶胀比。在不同的酸碱环境中,掺杂了荧光碳点的PVA-CDs复合水凝胶显示出不同颜色的荧光,证明PVA-CDs复合水凝胶具有优异的pH响应性。经PVA-CDs复合水凝胶处理的细菌培养板上形成了清晰可见的抑菌圈,表明其有良好的抗菌活性。此外,所制备的荧光水凝胶材料同时具备pH响应性、抗菌活性和细胞相容性,为开发生物医用材料提供了新的思路和重要理论依据。Fluorescent hydrogels have attracted much attention because of the excellent optical properties and biocompatibility.In this paper,a series of polyvinyl alcohol-carbon quantum dot composite fluorescent hydrogel(PVA-CDs)with pH-sensitivity and antimicrobial activity were prepared by a freeze-thawing method via compounding silane carbon dots(Si-CDs)with polyvinyl alcohol(PVA).The microstructure of PVA-CDs hydrogels was characterized,and the mechanical properties,rheological properties,water absorption,cytocompatibility and antibacterial activity had been studied.The experimental results showed that the introduction of Si-CDs significantly improved the mechanical properties and reduced the swelling ratio of the hydrogels.In different acid-base environment,the PVA-CDs composite hydrogels exhibited different colors of fluorescence,reflected the excellent pH-sensitivity of the PVA-CDs composite hydrogels.The clearly visible antibacterial circles were formed on the bacterial culture plates treated with PVA-CDs,indicating that composite hydrogels had good antibacterial activity.In addition,the as-prepared PVA-CDs possessed the performance of pH-sensitivity,antibacterial activity,and cytocompatibility which provided a new idea and an important theoretical basis for the development of biomedical materials.
