摘  要:根据(0.105~0.25)mm印铁制罐用极薄镀锡基板质量要求,成功开发出印铁制罐用极薄镀锡基板。通过对炼钢工艺参数优化,提高钢水的纯净度;对热轧工艺进行优化,保证冷轧原料的物理性能;在950酸洗线设计安装酸洗钢带吹扫用压缩空气加热干燥装置,对950轧机压缩空气的气刀进行改造,提高了产品的表面质量;对轧机测厚仪进行升级改造,提高了产品的厚度精度;对退火工艺及平整工艺参数进行优化,保证了产品的物理性能。According to the quality requirements of ultra-thin tin base plate for 0.105-0.25 mm printed iron cans,an ultra-thin tin plated substrate for printed iron cans has been successfully developed.By optimizing the steelmaking process parameters,the purity of molten steel can be improved.By optimizing the hot rolling process the physical properties of the cold rolling raw materials is ensured.Through designing and installing a compressed air heating and drying device for pickling steel strips on the 950 pickling line,and modify the compressed air knife of the 950 rolling mill,the surface quality of the product is improved.By upgrading and renovating the thickness gauge of the rolling mill,the thickness accuracy of the product is improved.The annealing process and leveling process parameters were optimized to ensure the physical properties of the product.
