摘  要:通过调控淬火和回火温度对52CrMoV4弹簧钢最佳热处理温度进行研究分析。结果表明,在880℃硬度值达到最高,后随温度上升硬度下降,随着温度上升钢的塑性下降。同时随着回火温度的升高,52CrMoV4弹簧钢中的回火屈氏体增多,导致钢的塑性提高。淬火温度880℃、回火温度380℃时,弹簧钢的力学性能达到最佳,硬度检测值52.1 HRC,屈服强度1722 Mpa,抗拉强度1820 Mpa,断后伸长率10%。By regulating the quenching and tempering temperature of 52CrMoV4 spring steel,the optimum heat treatment temperature was researched and analyzed.The results show that the hardness value reaches its maximum at 880℃and then decreases as the temperature rises and the plasticity of the steel decreases as the temperature rises.At the same time,the tempered troostite in spring steel is increased as rising of the tempering temperature,and resulting in increased plasticity of steel.According to the experimental data,the mechanical properties of spring steel reach the best when quenching temperature is at 880℃and tempering temperature is at 380℃.Rockwell hardness test value is 52.1 HRC,yield strength test value is 1722 MPa,tensile strength test value is 1820 MPa,elongation after break test value is 10%.
