摘  要:使用200 mm厚度30Cr13连铸板坯生产中厚板时,中心厚度层位置出现严重中心偏析缺陷,为查明原因取样进行分析。低倍检测发现中心偏析B 2.5级,金相分析中心偏析缺陷出现残余奥氏体组织+簇状的碳化物析出,通过调整连铸机二冷水冷却工艺,投用电磁搅拌,提高轻压下值,中心偏析缺陷得到了有效改善。During the medium and thick plates were produced by using a 200 mm thickness 30Cr13 continuous casting slab,serious center segregation defects appeared at the center thickness layer.To identify the cause,sampling was conducted for analysis,and a macrostructure inspection revealed center segregation of B2.5 level.Metallographic analysis showed that there are residual austenite structure and cluster like carbide precipitation in the center segregation defect.By adjusting the secondary cooling process of the continuous casting machine and using electromagnetic stirring,the soft reduction value was increased,the central segregation defect has been effectively improved.
