摘  要:通过拉伸试验研究了低合金钢断后伸长率和试样尺寸之间的关系,并验证其与GB/T 17600.1—1998标准的适用性。结果表明:断后伸长率A_(50 mm)和A随着厚度的变化有着截然相反的变化趋势,A_(50 mm)对厚度的变化更敏感;换算值与实测值存在一定的差异,并随厚度的增加而变大,在使用标准进行换算时要综合考虑各种因素对断后伸长率的影响。In this paper,the relationship between the elongation of low-alloy steel after fracture and the sample size has been studied by tensile tests,and the applicability to the standard GB/T 17600.11998 has been verified.The results show that the elongation of Aso mm and A after fracture has an opposite trend with the change of thickness,the Aso mm is more sensitive to changes in thickness.The conversion value based on the standard has some deviation from the measured value,which becomes larger with the increase of thickness.The influence of various factors on the elongation afer fracture should be considered comprehensively when using the standard for conversion.
