摘　　要：为深入掌握地方民营企业发展情况,吉林省分行调查统计处8月28-30日深入到通化、白山等地对2023年3季度银行家问卷调查工作进行督导,并对以人参产业为代表的民营企业发展情况进行调研。调研显示:第三产业复苏、一汽集团上下游链条企业资金需求明显增加叠加一系列促进民营企业发展的政策密集出台等原因,共同拉动吉林省民营企业贷款总体需求增加;省内金融机构多措并举缓解民营企业融资难题,提供有效金融服务;从风险上来看,目前民营企业贷款资产质量总体可控,未来面临较大压力和挑战。In order to gain a deeper understanding of the development of local private enterprises,the Investigation and Statistics Department of Jilin Province Branch visited Tonghua,Baishan and other places from August 28th to 30th to supervise the survey of bankers in the third quarter of 2023,and conducted research on the development of private enterprises represented by ginseng industry.The research shows that the recovery of the tertiary industry and the significant increase in capital demand for upstream and downstream chain enterprises of FAW Group,combined with a series of policies to promote the development of private enterprises,have jointly driven the overall demand for loans from private enterprises in Jilin Province to increase;Financial institutions within the province should take multiple measures to alleviate the fi nancing diffi culties of private enterprises and provide effective fi nancial services;From a risk perspective,the overall quality of loan assets for private enterprises is currently controllable,and they will face signifi cant pressure and challenges in the future.
