摘　　要：针对传统无人驾驶叉车使用Wi-Fi或4G进行通信存在的不稳定、时延长等问题,研究利用5G通信高带宽、低时延、大连接的特点,设计一款基于5G的无人驾驶叉车控制网关,为无人驾驶叉车提供5G网络直接接入能力。设计的5G控制网关具备5G、以太网等多种网络通信接口,通过在网关Linux系统上开发相关软件程序实现无人驾驶叉车控制和与云端调度系统通信。通过在5G工业专网环境中应用表明,搭载5G控制网关的无人驾驶叉车控制稳定可靠。In order to solve the problem of the instability and time delay of traditional unmanned forklift communication using Wi-Fi or 4G,this paper studies the characteristics of 5G communication with high bandwidth,low delay and large connection,and designs a 5G based unmanned forklift control gateway to provide 5G network direct access capability for unmanned forklift.The designed 5G control gateway has 5G Ethernet and other network communication interfaces.By developing relevant software programs on the gateway Linux system,the control of unmanned forklift and communication with cloud dispatching system is realized.The application in 5G industrial private network environment shows that the control of unmanned forklift equipped with 5G control gateway is stable and reliable.
