摘 要:随着现代医学的发展,骨缺损成为目前骨科常见且难解决的问题之一,而骨修复材料一直是骨科临床研究的焦点。目前应用于骨缺损治疗领域的人工骨缺损修复材料主要包括金属材料、生物陶瓷、高分子材料及其他相关复合材料,不同的材料在骨缺损修复中展现出不同优势,如金属材料的机械支撑较强、陶瓷材料生物降解性较好、高分子材料的生物相容性更高、复合材料具有多种材料的优势等,但这些材料亦各具挑战。因此,全面了解人工骨缺损修复材料的物理和生物学特点及面临的挑战,可以为相关疾病的治疗提供帮助。With the development of modern medicine,bone defects have become one of the common and difficult problems in orthopedics,and bone repair materials have been the focus of orthopedic clinical research.Currently,the artificial bone defect repair materials used in the field mainly include metal materials,bioceramics,polymers and other related composites.Different materials show different advantages in bone defect repair,such as stronger mechanical support of metal materials,better biodegradability of ceramic materials,better biocompatibility of polymer materials,and multiple-material advantages of composite materials,etc.However,these materials also have their own challenges.Therefore,a comprehensive understanding of the physical and biological characteristics,and the challenges of the artificial materials can help to the treatment of related diseases.
