摘　　要：包皮环切术(MC)可显著改善男性及其性伴侣的泌尿生殖健康,有助于降低性传播疾病、尿路感染以及阴茎癌的发生风险。尽管MC并发症发生率低,但少数严重并发症仍会给患者及外科医师带来较大困扰。随着整形外科实践的不断发展,涌现出许多MC改良术式,并为治疗尿道口狭窄、阴茎瘢痕疙瘩、蹼状阴茎、尿瘘等并发症提供了新思路,兼顾功能与外观。虽然MC是最常见的外科手术之一,但在新生儿MC伦理问题和手术对男性性功能影响等方面仍存在较大争议,值得未来进一步研究。Male circumcision(MC)can significantly benefit the urogenital health of men and their sexual partners,and reduce the risk of sexually transmitted diseases,urinary tract infections and penis cancer.Although the complication rate of circumcision is low,a few serious complications will still bring great troubles to the patients and surgeons.With the continuous development of plastic surgery practice,many improved operation methods of MC have emerged,which also provide new ideas for the treatment of meatal stenosis,penis keloid,webbed penis,urethral fistula and other complications,giving consideration to both function and appearance.Although MC is one of the most common surgical operations,there are still great controversies about the ethical issues of the early infant MC and the influence of surgery on male sexual function,which is worthy of further research in the future.
