摘　　要：脓毒症是重症监护病房常见的危重症,其诊断和治疗一直是重症医学面临的重大难题。脓毒症的发病机制是宿主对感染的反应失衡而引起的全身多器官障碍。铁死亡是一种铁依赖性、非凋亡性细胞死亡,其特征为铁代谢的破坏和铁依赖性脂质过氧化物的堆积。铁死亡在抗炎和脓毒症中起重要作用。中药及其活性成分通过调控铁死亡治疗脓毒症,已经成为研究热点,但其调控方式及作用机制尚不十分明确。未来,对铁死亡与脓毒症之间的联系进行深入研究,可为脓毒症的治疗提供新视角。Sepsis is a common critical illness in intensive care unit,and its diagnosis and treatment have always been a major problem in critical care medicine.The pathogenesis of sepsis is the imbalance of the host′s response to infection,which causes systemic multiple-organ dysfunction.Ferroptosis is an iron-dependent,non-apoptotic cell death characterized by the destruction of iron metabolism and the accumulation of iron-dependent lipid peroxides.Ferroptosis plays an important role in anti-inflammation and sepsis.Traditional Chinese medicine and its active ingredients regulate ferroptosis to treat sepsis,and have become a research hotspot,but its regulation mode and mechanism of action are not yet clear.In the future,in-depth study of the relationship between ferroptosis and sepsis can provide a new perspective for the treatment of sepsis.
