摘 要:热性惊厥是儿科惊厥常见病的一种,在祖国医学中属于“惊风”范畴,反复性的惊厥发作或惊厥发作持续时间较长可导致患儿智力下降,甚至继发癫痫。肠道微生物群和脑-肠轴与许多代谢、免疫、神经系统的发病有关,菌群水平的高低不仅影响热性惊厥的发生,亦对其发展和预后产生重要作用。近年来,柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤基于微生物角度对疾病产生的改善作用在控制惊厥发作、预防合并症发生等方面取得显著疗效,为治疗神经系统疾病和消化系统疾病提供了新的思路。Febrile convulsion is one of the most common pediatric convulsions,and belongs to the category of"convulsions"in Chinese medicine.Repeated convulsive seizures or prolonged duration of convulsive seizures can lead to intellectual decline and even secondary epilepsy.The intestinal microflora and brain-gut axis are related to many metabolic,immune,and neurological diseases.The level of microflora not only affects the occurrence of febrile convulsions,but also plays an important role in their development and prognosis.In recent years,Chaihu-jia-Longgu-Muli-decoction has achieved remarkable efficacy in controlling convulsions and preventing complications based on the microbial improvement of the disease,which provides new ideas for the treatment of neurological diseases and digestive diseases.
