糖尿病肾病患者的CysC、HbA1c、Cr及BUN检测诊断分析

摘　　要：目的分析糖尿病肾病患者的血清胱抑素C(cystatin C,CysC)、糖化血红蛋白(glycated hemoglobin,HbA1c)、肌酐(creatinine,Cr)以及尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)的检测诊断价值。方法择取2021年6月—2022年6月福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院在期间收治的糖尿病肾病患者64例为观察组,单纯2型糖尿病患者64例为对照A组,健康受试者64例为对照B组,对比所有受试者CysC、Cr、HbA1c以及BUN水平,分析不同指标的诊断价值。结果组间CysC、BUN、HbA1c数据对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析结果显示,联合检测的曲线下面积(area under curve,AUC)为1.000,其灵敏度以及特异度分别为100.00%、100.00%。结论血清CysC、Cr、HbA1c以及BUN水平的联合检测能够作为糖尿病肾病患者的临床诊断指标。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of serum cystatin C(CysC),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),creatinine(Cr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)in diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods 64 patients with diabetic ne-phropathy admitted to the Second People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the observation group,64 patients with simple type 2 diabetes were selected as the control group A,and 64 healthy subjects were selected as the control group B.The CysC,Cr,HbA1c and BUN lev-els of all subjects were compared.The diagnostic value of different indexes was analyzed.Results There were signifi-cant differences in CysC,BUN and HbA1c data between groups(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis results showed that the area under curve(AUC)of the joint detection was 1.000,and its sensitivity and specificity were 100.00%and 100.00%,respectively.Conclusion The combined detection of serum CysC,Cr HbA1c and BUN levels can be used as clinical diagnostic indicators for patients with diabetes nephropathy.
