四妙勇安汤加味联合复方黄柏液治疗湿热毒盛型糖尿病足的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析四妙勇安汤加味联合复方黄柏液治疗湿热毒盛型糖尿病足的疗效。方法选取2020年5月—2023年5月福建省福能总医院收治的86例湿热毒盛型糖尿病足患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,对照组43例采用复方黄柏液治疗,观察组43例采用四妙勇安汤加味联合复方黄柏液治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组创面改善程度(79.86±5.32)%、创面面积(4.68±2.13)cm2、肉芽组织生长面积(12.37±2.11)cm2、血流速度(12.39±2.55)cm/s、血流灌注量(28.65±2.54)PU,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组创面愈合时间(30.09±3.67)d,短于对照组,肉芽形态评分(0.28±0.06)分、肿胀评分(0.88±0.32)分、视觉模拟评分(1.86±0.41)分,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对湿热毒盛型糖尿病足患者实施四妙勇安汤加味联合复方黄柏液治疗,更好减轻肿胀、疼痛等症状,改善创面面积,恢复足背动脉血流动力学。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Simiao Yongan decoction plus flavor combined with compound Huangbai liquid in the treatment of diabetic foot with dampness-heat-toxicity exuberance.Methods 86 patients with diabetic foot of dampness-heat-toxicity exuberance type admitted to Fujian Province Funeng Group General Hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected as study objects,and were divided into two groups by using the random nu-mer table method.43 cases in the control group were treated with compound Huangbai Liquid,and 43 cases in the ob-servation group were treated with Simiao Yongan decoction plus flavor combined with compound Huangbai liquid,and the treatment efficacy was compared between two groups.Results The degree of trauma improvement(79.86±5.32)%,trauma area(4.68±2.13)cm2,granulation tissue growth area(12.37±2.11)cm2,blood flow rate(12.39±2.55)cm/s,and blood perfusion volume(28.65±2.54)PU of the observation group were better than those of the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time(30.09±3.67)d was shorter than that of the control group,the granulation morphology score(0.28±0.06)points,swelling score(0.88±0.32)points,and Visual Analogue Scale score(1.86±0.41)points were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(95.35%)was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of diabetic foot patients with dampness-heat-toxicity exuberance type with Simiao Yongan decoction plus flavor com-bined with compound Huangbai liquid can better reduce the symptoms of swelling and pain,improve the traumatic area,and restore the dorsalis pedis artery hemodynamics.
