补肾活血汤治疗糖尿病肾病合并骨质疏松性股骨颈骨折的效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析补肾活血汤治疗糖尿病肾病合并骨质疏松性股骨颈骨折的效果。方法选取2021年2月—2023年1月菏泽市第六人民医院收治的86例糖尿病肾病合并骨质疏松性股骨颈骨折患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组与研究组,每组43例。两组患者均接受抗骨质疏松治疗,对照组应用二甲双胍联合缬沙坦治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合补肾活血汤治疗。比较两组患者的尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、微量白蛋白尿(micro albunmin uria,MAU)、血肌酐(serum creatinine,Scr),中医证候积分,以及不良反应发生率。结果治疗3个月后,研究组BUN、MAU、Scr水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补肾活血汤能够有效改善糖尿病肾病合并骨质疏松性股骨颈骨折患者的肾功能与临床症状,促进骨折恢复。Objective To analyze the effect of Bushen Huoxue decoction in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy com-bined with osteoporotic femoral neck fracture.Methods 86 patients with diabetic nephropathy combined with osteopo-rotic femoral neck fracture admitted to Heze Sixth People's Hospital from February 2021 to January 2023 were se-lected and divided into the control group and the study group using random number table,43 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with anti-osteoporosis therapy,the control group treated with metformin combined with val-sartan,and the study group was treated with Bushen Huoxue decoction on the basis of control group.The blood urea nitrogen(BUN),micro albunmin uria(MAU),serum creatinine(Scr),traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the levels of BUN,MAU,and Scr in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(P<0.05),and the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score were lower than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Bushen Huoxue decoction can effectively improve the renal function and clinical symptoms of patients with diabetic nephropathy combined with osteoporotic femoral neck frac-ture,promote the recovery of fracture.
