摘　　要：目的探讨对于妊娠糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)患者采取“三位一体”无缝护理模式对血糖、治疗依从性以及满意度的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月南京医科大学附属妇产医院收治的GDM患者78例为研究对象,应用随机数表法分成观察组(n=39)、对照组(n=39)。对照组采取常规护理方式,观察组则应用“三位一体”无缝护理模式,比较两组患者的血糖、治疗依从性及护理满意度情况。结果干预后,观察组空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2-hour postprandial blood glucose,2 hPG)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗依从得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意率(92.31%)高于对照组(71.79%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论GDM患者实施“三位一体”无缝护理模式有助于控制血糖水平,提高治疗依从性及护理满意度。Objective To investigate the effects of the"Trinity"seamless nursing care model on blood glucose,treat-ment adherence and satisfaction of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)patients.Methods 78 cases of GDM patients admitted to Womn's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as study subjects and divided into observation group(n=39)and control group(n=39)by applying the principle of ran-domized numerical table.In the control group,conventional nursing care was adopted,while in the observation group,the"Trinity"seamless nursing care model was applied.Compared the blood glucose,treatment adherence and nursing care satisfaction of patients in the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose(FPG)and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after the intervention,and the dif-ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment adherence scores of the observation group was all higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group(92.31%)was higher than that of the control group higher(71.79%),and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the"Trinity"seamless nursing care model for GDM pa-tients can help to control blood glucose levels,improve treatment compliance and care satisfaction rate.
