医护协同“六步法”院前急救在老年低血糖患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨医护协同“六步法”院前急救在老年低血糖患者中的应用。方法选取2021年7月—2023年6月江门市五邑中医院收治的老年低血糖患者需院前急救者80例为研究对象。按照随机数表法分为两组,各40例。观察组实施医护协同“六步法”院前急救干预,对照组则实施常规院前干预。比较两组患者入院时空腹血糖、意识恢复时间、低血糖相关症状发生情况及满意度。结果观察组患者入院时空腹血糖为(3.2±0.4)mmol/L,高于对照组,干预后意识恢复时间为(18.6±2.5)min,短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组低血糖相关症状(头晕出冷汗、心慌乏力、意识障碍与抽搐)总发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对医务人员工作满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年低血糖患者实施医护协同“六步法”院前急救干预,可有效提高血糖水平,缩短意识恢复时间,对促进医患和谐有积极意义。Objective To explore the application of medical and nursing collaboration"six-step method"of prehospi-tal emergency care in elderly patients with hypoglycemia.Methods 80 cases of elderly patients with hypoglycemia re-quiring prehospital emergency care admitted to Jiangmen Wuyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups of 40 cases each according to the random number table method.The observation group implemented the"six-step"prehospital emergency inter-vention,and the control group implemented the conventional prehospital intervention.Fasting blood glucose,recovery time of consciousness,occurrence of hypoglycemia-related symptoms and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Fasting blood glucose in the observation group was(3.2±0.4)mmol/L at the time of admission,which was higher than that in the control group,and the recovery time of consciousness after intervention was(18.6±2.5)min,which was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The to-tal incidence of hypoglycemia-related symptoms(dizziness and cold sweat,panic and fatigue,impaired consciousness and convulsions)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group's satisfaction with the work of medical personnel was signifi-cantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the"six-step"prehospital emergency intervention for elderly patients with hypoglycemia can effec-tively improve blood glucose levels,shorten the recovery time of consciousness,and has a positive significance in pro-moting the harmony between doctors and patients.
