摘　　要：目的分析家庭主要照顾者参与的全程护理干预应用于老年2型糖尿病患者中的效果。方法选择2020年6月—2023年6月寿光市人民医院诊治的168例老年2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,使用数字双盲法将其随机均分为两组:对照组(n=84)和观察组(n=84),对照组开展常规护理,观察组患者加强家庭主要照顾者参与的全程护理干预,比较患者护理效果。结果护理后,观察组血糖指标和心理状态评分均得以改善且显著优于对照组,自护能力、自我效能感和生活质量评分均有所提高,且显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭主要照顾者参与的全程护理干预应用于老年2型糖尿病患者中的效果确切,有利于患者的血糖控制,能够提高患者生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of whole-course nursing intervention with the participation of family main caregivers in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 168 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes diag-nosed and treated in Shouguang City People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as observation samples.They were randomly divided into two groups by digital double-blind method:control group(n=84)and obser-vation group(n=84).The control group carried out routine nursing.The patients in the observation group strengthened the whole-course nursing intervention with the participation of the main caregivers of the family,and compared the differences between the groups of patients'nursing effects.Results After nursing,the blood glucose index and psycho-logical state score in the observation group were improved and significantly better than those in the control group,the self-care ability,self-efficacy and quality of life score were improved and significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-course nursing intervention with the participation of the main caregivers of the family is effective in the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,which is beneficial to the blood glucose control of the patients and can improve the quality of life of the patients.
