自拟消肾饮治疗糖尿病肾病临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察自拟消肾饮治疗糖尿病肾病临床疗效分析。方法选取2020年1月—2022年8月古田县医院收治的糖尿病肾病为诊断的患者80例,按随机数表法分成两组,各40例,其中接受常规治疗的为对照组,另联合自拟消肾饮治疗的为研究组。比较两组患者在治疗前后的血糖指标与肾功能指标,并评价治疗疗效。结果治疗前,两组血糖指标与肾功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组血糖指标与肾功能指标较治疗前下降,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率为97.50%显著高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟消肾饮治疗糖尿病肾病,可显著改善患者的血糖指标与肾功能指标,获得较为理想的治疗效果。Objective To observe the clinical effect analysis of self-made Xiaoshenyin in treating diabetic nephropa-thy.Methods A total of 80 patients diagnosed with diabetic nephropathy admitted to Gutian County Hospital from January 2020 to August 2022 were divided into two groups with 40 patients in each group by random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment,the study group combined with self-made Xiaoshenyin treatment.The blood glucose index and renal function index of the two groups were compared before and after treat-ment,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood glu-cose index and renal function index between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The indexes of blood glucose and renal function after treatment were lower than before treatment of the two groups,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group(97.50%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,self-made Xiaoshenyin can significantly improve the blood glucose index and renal function index of patients,and obtain a better therapeutic effect.
