温针灸联合益气滋阴方对糖尿病周围神经病变患者神经电生理的影响探究

摘　　要：目的探究温针灸联合益气滋阴方对糖尿病周围神经病变患者神经电生理的影响。方法选取2019年3月—2023年3月滕州市中心人民医院接受治疗的103例糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为参照组(n=51)和研究组(n=52)。参照组接受依帕司他片治疗,研究组在参照组治疗基础上加入温针灸联合益气滋阴方治疗。对比临床治疗效果、神经传导速度、神经病变评分和中医证候积分。结果治疗90 d后研究组腓总神经传导速度(45.74±1.02)m/s、正中神经传导速度(46.81±1.08)m/s均快于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗90 d后研究组神经病变评分(9.07±2.08)分、中医证候积分(6.68±1.67)分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.934、2.072,P<0.05)。研究组临床治疗总有效率(96.15%)高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病周围神经病变患者治疗中选择温针灸联合益气滋阴方治疗,可提高其神经传导速度,改善神经病变及中医临床症状,提高临床治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Yiqi Ziyin for-mula on neurophysiology in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods A total of 103 patients with dia-betic peripheral neuropathy who were treated in Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from March 2019 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the refer-ence group(n=51)and the study group(n=52).The reference group was treated with epalrestat tablets,and the study group was treated with warming acupuncture combined with Yiqi Ziyin formula on the basis of the treatment in the ref-erence group.Compared the clinical treatment efficacy,nerve conduction velocity,neuropathy score,and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score between two groups.Results After 90 days of treatment,the common peroneal nerve conduction velocity(45.74±1.02)m/s and median nerve conduction velocity(46.81±1.08)m/s in the study group were faster than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 90 days of treatment,the neuropathy score(9.07±2.08)points and chinese medicine syndrome score(6.68±1.67)points in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.934,2.072,P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group(96.15%)was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The choice of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Yiqi Ziyin formula in the treatment of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy can improve their nerve conduction velocity,improve the clinical symptoms of neuropathy and Chinese medicine,and improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
