摘　　要：糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)是糖尿病常见的眼底并发症之一。目前越来越多的研究证据显示DR的视网膜神经变性是先于微血管,而目前针对DR的早期病变尚无有效治疗方法,通常DR进展到晚期时可用的治疗选择非常有限且治疗效果不佳。本文在该病的发病机制基础上总结了目前国内外关于DR的早期疗法,望将病程控制在严重的视网膜血管病变之前,以期对未来DR的管理和治疗提供新思路。Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is one of the common fundus complications of diabetes.There is increasing evi-dence that retinal neurodegeneration in DR precedes micro-vascularization,and there are no effective treatments for the early stages of DR,which usually progresses to advanced stages with very limited and ineffective therapeutic op-tions available.This article summarizes the current domestic and international early therapies for DR on the basis of the pathogenesis of the disease,with the hope of controlling the course of the disease before severe retinal vasculopa-thy,with a view to providing new ideas for the management and treatment of DR in the future.
