足部骨折应用微型钢板内固定与克氏针内固定治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研讨足部骨折应用微型钢板内固定与克氏针内固定治疗的效果。方法方便选取2020年6月—2023年6月漳州芗城华阳医院确诊为足部骨折的186例患者,按照随机抽样法分为两组,各93例。对照组接受克氏针内固定治疗,观察组实施微型钢板内固定治疗。比较两组临床疗效、术后恢复相关指标、足部功能以及并发症。结果观察组临床总有效率(95.70%)高于对照组(84.95%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.150,P<0.05)。观察组术后相关指标恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组足部功能各评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微型钢板内固定用于足部骨折的治疗效果较克氏针内固定理想,可有效减少并发症发生,促进患者术后恢复,改善患者的足部功能。Objective To study the effect of microplate internal fixation and Kirschner wire internal fixation on foot fracture.Methods 186 patients diagnosed with foot fractures at Huayang Hospital in Xiangcheng,Zhangzhou from June 2020 to June 2023 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 93 cases in each group.The control group received Kirschner wire internal fixation treatment,while the observation group received mini steel plate internal fixation treatment.Compared the clinical efficacy,postoperative recovery related indicators,foot function,and complications between two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group(95.70%)was higher than that of the control group(84.95%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.150,P<0.05).The recovery time of postoperative related indicators in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The foot function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion Microplate internal fixation for foot fracture is more effective than Kirschner wire inter⁃nal fixation,which can effectively reduce complications,promote postoperative recovery and improve the foot function of patients.
