经阴道三维超声结合生理盐水宫腔造影诊断子宫内膜息肉的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨对子宫内膜息肉患者采用经阴道三维超声+生理盐水宫腔造影方法完成诊断后获得临床效果。方法随机选取阳江市妇幼保健院2021年5月—2023年7月收治的50例疑似子宫内膜息肉患者作为研究对象,将宫腔镜检查结果作为诊断金标准,所有患者经阴道超声检查、经阴道三维超声+生理盐水宫腔造影检查,对两组患者诊断结果展开观察分析。结果阴道超声检查的灵敏度85.11%、特异度33.33%以及准确度为82.00%;经阴道三维超声+生理盐水宫腔造影检查的灵敏度97.87%、特异度33.33%以及准确度为94.00%。经阴道三维超声+生理盐水宫腔造影检查对于不同类型子宫内膜息肉的诊断符合率95.00%、90.00%、94.11%相比于阴道超声检查高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.237、10.569、7.882,P<0.05)。结论经阴道三维超声+生理盐水宫腔造影方式的有效应用,可将子宫内膜息肉检出率显著提升,表现出显著的诊断价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound combined with sa⁃line hysterosalpingography in patients with endometrial polyps after completing the diagnosis.Methods 50 patients with suspected endometrial polyps in Yangjiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2021 to July 2023 were randomly selected as study subjects.Taking the results of hysteroscopy as the gold standard of diagnosis,all patients were examined by transvaginal ultrasound and transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound combined with saline hys⁃terosalpingography,and the diagnostic results of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results The sensitivity of vaginal ultrasound was 85.11%,the specificity was 33.33%and the accuracy was 82.00%.The sensitivity of transvagi⁃nal three-dimensional ultrasound combined with saline hysterosalpingography was 97.87%,specificity 33.33%and ac⁃curacy 94.00%.The diagnostic compliance rate of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound combined with saline hysterosalpingography for different types of endometrial polyps were 95.00%,90.00%,and 94.11%,which were higher compared to vaginal ultrasound,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.237,10.569,7.882,P<0.05).Conclusion The effective application of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound combined with saline hysterosalpingography can significantly increase the detection rate of endometrial polyps and show significant diagnostic value.
