摘　　要：目的了解局部麻醉下睾丸穿刺不配合患者的真实体验。方法采用目的抽样法,选取2020年6月至2022年10月北京某三甲医院生殖医学中心收治的睾丸穿刺取精不配合患者作为研究对象,对其进行半结构化访谈。采用Colaizzi 7步法对资料进行归纳分析。结果局部麻醉下睾丸穿刺取精不配合患者真实体验包括4个主题:疼痛、害怕和恐惧、担心和焦虑、有需要并愿意主动了解手术相关知识。结论局部麻醉下睾丸穿刺取精不配合患者存在比较复杂的情绪和疼痛体验,渴望了解手术相关知识及围手术期注意事项。Objective To understand the real experience of patients who do not cooperate with testicular puncture under local anesthesia,and to provide guidance for specifying targeted nursing measures.Methods Using purposive sampling method,a semi-structured interview was conducted among patients who did not cooperate in testicular sperm extraction in a reproductive medical center of a third grade-A hospital in Beijing by means of objective sampling from June 2020 to October 2022.Colaizzi 7-step method was used to summarize and analyze the data.Results The real experience of patients who did not cooperate with testicular puncture under local anesthesia included four themes:pain,fear,worry and anxiety,need and willingness to actively understand the relevant knowledge of surgery.Conclusions Patients who do not cooperate with testicular puncture for semen extraction under local anesthesia have complex emotions and pain experiences,and they are eager to understand the relevant knowledge of surgery and perioperative precautions.
