基于“生物-心理-社会”的多维护理模式在腹腔镜下子宫切除术患者围术期中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于“生物-心理-社会”的多维护理模式在腹腔镜下子宫切除术患者围术期中的应用价值。方法选取2020年6月至2022年3月阜阳市人民医院诊治的82例腹腔镜下子宫切除术患者作为研究对象。随机分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上开展基于“生物-心理-社会”的多维护理模式干预,比较两组术前30 min心理应激状态,以及干预前后知信行水平、心理困扰与负性情绪。结果观察组术前30 min血压、心率水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后知识、信念、行为评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后心理困扰管理量表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于“生物-心理-社会”的多维护理模式在腹腔镜下子宫切除术患者围术期中的应用效果良好,可有效减轻术前应激,降低并发症风险,提高知信行水平,改善心理状态。Objective To explore the application value of multi-dimensional nursing mode based on biology-psychology-society in the perioperative period of laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods A total of 82 patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy in Fuyang People′s Hospital were enrolled as research subjects between June 2020 and March 2022.They were randomly divided into observation group(multi-dimensional nursing mode based on biology-psychology-society on basis of routine nursing)and control group(routine nursing),41 cases in each group.The psychological stress state at 30 min before surgery were compared.And knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP)level,psychological distress and negative emotions in the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results At 30 min before surgery,blood pressure and heart rate were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05).After intervention,scores of KAP were higher in observation group than control group(P<0.05),scores of distress management(DM),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were lower in observation group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Application of multi-dimensional nursing mode based on biology-psychology-society has a good effect in perioperative period and can effectively alleviate preoperative stress,reduce the risk of complications,improve KAP and psychological state in patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy.
