摘　　要：目的挖掘明清医家治疗早泄的用药经验,探索其学术思想,以期为当代医家提供更多的思路。方法通过对北京中医药大学图书馆、中华医典中明清医籍进行整理,筛选出有关早泄的文献,应用中医传承辅助平台进行数据挖掘,分析用药特点及组方规律。结果纳入医籍21篇,涉及方剂28首、中药96味。明清医家高频用药为人参、五味子、山药、菟丝子、枸杞子;高频药对为山茱萸-人参、人参-五味子、人参-山药、熟地黄-五味子、熟地黄-人参;善用补虚药、安神药、收涩药,性多温平,归肾、肝、心经;得到6个3味药的核心组合、1个新处方。结论明清医家治疗早泄形成了补肾涩精、益气安神的学术思想,强调肾、肝、心同调,除从肝肾论治之外,同样重视安神宁心,心身同治,形神兼顾,为当前早泄的中医治疗提供参考。Objective To explore the medical experience of Ming and Qing physicians in treating premature ejaculation,and exploring its academic thoughts,in order to provide more ideas for contemporary physicians.Methods By sorting out medical records from the Ming and Qing dynasties in the Library of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Chinese Medical Dictionary,literature related to premature ejaculation was selected.Data mining was conducted using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform to analyze the characteristics of medication and the rules of prescription formulation.Results A total of 21 medical books were included,involving 28 prescriptions and 96 traditional Chinese medicines.Among them,high-frequency medicines are ginseng,schisandra,yam,dodder,and wolfberry;high-frequency medicine pairs are dogwood-ginseng,ginseng-schisandra,ginseng-yam,rehmannia-schisandra,rehmannia-ginseng;multiple tonic drugs,soothing drugs,receiving astringent medicines,with more temperature and calming properties,more to the kidney,liver,and heart meridians;6 core combinations of 3 medicines and 1 new prescription were obtained.Conclusions In the treatment of premature ejaculation,the Ming and Qing physicians in the treatment of premature ejaculation formed the academic thought of tonifying the kidney and astringent essence,supplementing Qi and calming the mind,emphasizing the harmony of kidney,liver and heart.In addition to the treatment of liver and kidney,they also paid attention to calming the mind and calming the heart,treating the mind and body together,taking into account both form and spirit,so as to provide reference for the current traditional Chinese medicine treatment of premature ejaculation.
