摘　　要：胡玉荃教授结合产后身痛的临床表现及“风”的致病特点,提出“产后风中综合征”的病名。胡教授认为,产后风中综合征的病因多为虚、瘀、风,气血亏虚是病之“本”,邪气瘀血留滞是病之“标”,主要病机为气血亏虚,邪侵内扰,日久累及心肾,心肾同病。胡教授治疗产后风中综合征以调补气血,心肾同治为基本治则,以补养气血为先,强调从根源上补养气血,补血补气之品同用,多采用产后济生除忧方以扶正祛邪,标本兼顾,心肾同治,同时重视心理疏导。Professor Hu Yuquan has proposed the name of"postpartum wind-striking syndrome"based on the clinical manifestations of postpartum body pain and the pathogenic characteristics of"wind".Professor Hu believes that the etiology of postpartum wind-striking syndrome is deficiency,stasis and wind.Qi and blood deficiency is the"root"of the disease,and pathogenic qi and blood stasis are the"manifestations".The main pathogenesis is qi and blood deficiency,pathogenic invasion and internal disturbance,and the heart and kid-ney are affected in the long time,leading to heart-kidney diseases.In terms of postpartum wind-striking syndrome,Professor Hu adopts the treating principle of regulating qi and blood,adjusting heart-kidney diseases simultaneously emphasizing qi and blood nourishment first from the root.He usually uses Postpartum Life-Saving and Depression-Removing Formula to strengthen healthy qi and eliminate pathogens,treat heart-kidney diseases'manifestation and root cause concurrently,and he also pays ttention to psychological counseling.
