朝鲜名医黄度渊对《本草纲目》方药内容的阐发

摘　　要：约于17世纪末18世纪初,《本草纲目》传入朝鲜王朝,成为当地医者学习本草知识的重要参考书。朝鲜王朝著名医家黄度渊提倡方药结合,基于本土医疗需求,化裁吸收《本草纲目》载录的方药知识,编著《本草附方便览》《药性歌》二书,丰富了朝鲜医药学内容。前者遵循《东医宝鉴》目次辑录《本草纲目》万余首医方,后者参考《本草纲目》药物分类方法辑录514首药物歌括,注释中大量征引化裁《本草纲目》药物知识。At the end of the 17th century and the beginning of the 18th century,the Compendium of Materia Medica was introduced into the Korean Dynasty and became an important reference book for local doctors to learn the knowledge of materia medica.Hwang Doyeon,a famous doctor in the Korean Dynasty,advocated the combination of prescription and medicine.Based on the local medical needs,he assimilated the knowledge of prescription and medicine contained in the Compendium of Materia Medica and compiled two books,A convenient reading of Compendium of Materia Medica and Song of Medicine,which enriched the contents of Korean medicine.The former compiled more than 10000 medical prescriptions in the Compendium of Materia Medica in accordance with the contents of the Eastern Medicine Treasure Book,while the latter compiled 514 drug songs with reference to the drug classification method in the Compendium of Materia Medica,and the notes cited a large number of chemical medicine knowledge in the Compendium of Materia Medica.
