壮医治疗风湿病的药物特点与应用规律分析

摘　　要：目的:挖掘整理具有治疗风湿病功效的壮药药物特点,以期为治疗风湿病的临床治疗提供参考。方法:筛选出《壮药学》中记载的具有治疗风湿病功效的药物,对其基原植物分类特点、入药部位、性味、药物功用等进行统计和分析。结果:共收集135味壮药,包括69个科129个属,包括了草本植物、木本植物及动物药;药性主要以温性和平性为主;功效主治均为治疗风湿痹痛。结论:壮族先民对风湿病的防治历史悠久,目前大量的方药未得到深入的挖掘整理,甚则部分古文献已损毁或佚失,具有治疗风湿病功效的壮药来源丰富,作为传统医学中的一块瑰宝,值得挖掘其用药特点及防治疾病规律,以便得到更好地传承和应用。Objective To excavate and sort out the characteristics of strong drugs with the effect of treating rheumatic diseases,in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of rheumatic diseases.Methods The drugs with the efficacy of treating rheumatic diseases recorded in Zhuang Pharmacy were selected,and the base plant classification characteristics,drug site,sexual taste,and drug function were counted and analyzed.Results A total of 135 strong medicines were collected,including 69 families and 129 genera,including herbs,woody plants and animal medicine;medicines were mainly warm and peaceful;treating rheumatism and pain.Conclusion Zhuang ancestors to the prevention and control of rheumatism has a long history,a lot of prescriptions has not been deep digging,even part of the ancient literature has been damaged or lost,with rheumatism medicine source,as a treasure of traditional medicine,worthy of mining its drug characteristics and prevention and treatment of disease,in order to get better inheritance and application.
