我院合理用药软件对中药饮片处方质量的影响初探

摘　　要：目的:探讨合理用药软件对中药饮片处方点评的药学服务价值。方法:抽取合理用药软件应用前后的门诊中药饮片处方,以相同的标准进行处方评价,比较前后的处方合格率,评估应用合理用药软件在药学服务产生的效果。结果:相对于使用合理用药软件前,中药饮片处方合格率由89.7%提高到98.4%。其中毒性药物超量处方占比由4.94%下降到0.53%、松泡质轻药物超量由0.72%下降到0.21%、超疗程用药由0.18%下降到0,相互作用的配伍禁忌由1.80%下降到0,重复用药由0.90%下降到0.1%。结论:合理用药软件的应用,可降低临床不合理用药,提高中药饮片处方质量,值得临床广泛应用。Objective To explore the pharmaceutical care value of rational drug use software on review of the Chinese Herbal Prescription.Methods One-week s prescriptions from one year before and one year after the use of rational drug use software system were selected,and the prescription was evaluated with the same standard.The qualified rate of prescriptions before and after was compared to evaluate the effect of rational drug use software in pharmaceutical care.Results Compared with before the use of software for rational drug use,the qualified rate of prescriptions for Chinese herbal medicines was raised from 89.7%to 98.4%.Among them,the percentage of overprescription of toxic herbal medicines decreased from 4.94%to 0.53%,overprescription of light-weight herbal medicines decreased from 0.72%to 0.21%,overprescription of over-treatment herbal medicines decreased from 0.18%to 0,compatibility incompatibility of interactions decreased from 1.80%to 0,and repeated use decreased from 0.90%to 0.1%.Conclusion The application of rational drug use software can reduce irrational drug use in clinic and improve the prescription quality of Chinese herbal medicines,which is worthy of extensive clinical application.
