建筑业农民工转型产业工人的内在机理及对策建议

摘　　要：农民工向产业工人的转变是促进我国建筑业高质量发展、提高建筑业国际竞争力的关键之一。本文首先对当前建筑业农民工现状及其转型困境进行梳理,其次通过文献、问卷与统计分析相结合,识别出影响建筑业农民工转型产业工人的关键因素,运用解释结构模型方法最终建立了影响因素的六层级递阶结构。研究发现,个体转型意愿是影响我国农民工转型建筑产业工人的最直接因素,国家宏观经济与国家政策导向为最深层因素。基于研究结果,以提升个体转型意愿为切入点,提出构建建筑工人职业发展体系、完善建筑工人劳务用工制度以及加快建筑行业转型升级的建议。The transformation from migrant labourer to industrial workers is not only an important factor to promote the highquality development of China's construction industry,but also one of the keys to improve our construction industry's international competitiveness.Firstly,this paper sorts out the current situation of migrant workers in construction industry and the dilemma of transformation.Secondly,through the combination of literature,questionnaire and statistical analysis,13 key factors affecting the transformation of migrant workers in construction industry are identified,and a six-level hierarchical structure model related influencing factors is finally established by using the explanatory structure model method.It is found that the individual willingness to transform is the most direct factor affecting the transformation of migrant workers into construction workers in China,and the national macro-economy and national the orientation of national policy are the deepest factors.Based on the research results,this paper puts forward some suggestions from the following aspects:building a career development system for construction workers,improving the labor employment system for construction workers and accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.
