摘 要:基于水辅助机械力化学和热塑加工制备了兼具无卤阻燃和导热性能的PVA/MP/h BN。研究了MP/h BN含量对PVA/MP/h BN复合材料阻燃性能、导热性能、拉伸强度、XRD和FTIR等的影响。结果表明,随着MP/h BN杂化填料含量的增加,PVA/MP/h BN复合材料的阻燃和导热性能增大,拉伸强度降低,当MP/h BN含量达到50%时,PVA/MP/h BN复合材料离火自熄,达到UL 94 V-0级别,热导率为0.437 W/(m·K),兼具较好的阻燃和导热性能,但拉伸强度降低至7.8 MPa,与纯PVA相比,约降低了80%;PVA/MP/h BN复合材料XRD、FTIR峰的强度受MP/h BN含量的影响,峰的位置变化不明显。因此,水辅助机械力化学和热塑加工诱导PVA、MP、h BN三者之间形成较强的缔合羟基相互作用力,降低了界面热阻,构建了导热网络,提高了PVA/MP/h BN复合材料的导热性,为PVA基复合材料在电子封装热管理领域的推广应用提供了一种简便且可扩展的制备方法。PVA/MP/h BN with halogen-free flame retardancy and thermal conductivity were prepared based on water assisted mechanochemical and thermal processing.The effects of MP/h BN content on flame retardancy,thermal conductivity,tensile strength,XRD and FTIR of PVA/MP/h BN composite were investigated respectively.The results showed that with the increase of the content of MP/h BN hybrid filler,the flame retardancy and thermal conductivity of PVA/MP/h BN composite increased,and the tensile strength decreased.When the content of MP/h BN reached 50%,the PVA/MP/h BN composite showed self-extinguishing behavior in the vertical burning test,reaching UL 94 V-0 level,and the thermal conductivity reached 0.437 W/(m·K),which had both good flame retardancy and thermal conductivity,but the tensile strength decreased to 7.8 MPa,nearly 80%compared with pure PVA;The strength of XRD and FTIR peaks of PVA/MP/h BN composite was affected by the content of MP/h BN,but the position of the peaks did not change significantly.Therefore,water assisted mechanochemical and thermal processing induced strong associating hydroxyl interactions between PVA,MP and h BN,which reduced the interface thermal resistance and built heat conduction networks,thereby improved the thermal conductivity of PVA/MP/h BN composite.Provided a simple and scalable preparation method for the application of PVA based composite in the field of electronic packaging thermal management.
