摘 要:以可生物降解塑料聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)为基体、工业级Ca CO_(3)为填料,采用熔融共混制备PBAT/Ca CO_(3)复合材料。探究Ca CO_(3)含量对复合材料力学性能和结晶行为的影响,并且,筛选出综合力学性能较好的PBAT/Ca CO_(3)复合材料。力学性能测试结果表明,添加少量Ca CO_(3)(5%、10%)后,PBAT/Ca CO_(3)复合材料的拉伸强度有小幅降低,断裂伸长率和冲击强度增大;当Ca CO_(3)含量达到20%及以上时,复合材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和冲击强度均显著降低,与纯PBAT相比,最大降幅分别为36.40%、60.00%、87.42%;弯曲强度、弯曲模量、拉伸模量均随Ca CO_(3)含量的增加而增大。DSC结果表明,添加Ca CO_(3)后,PBAT/Ca CO_(3)复合材料的熔融和结晶温度均显著提高,结晶度降低,透明性降低。PBAT/Ca CO_(3)composite were prepared by melt blending with biodegradable plastic polybutylene adipate(PBAT)as matrix and industrial grade Ca CO_(3)as filler.The effects of Ca CO_(3) content on mechanical properties and crystallization behavior of composite were investigated,and PBAT/Ca CO_(3)composite with excellent comprehensive mechanical properties was selected.The mechanical properties test showed that the tensile strength of PBAT/Ca CO_(3) composite decreased slightly when a small amount of Ca CO_(3)(5%and 10%)was added,while the elongation at break and impact strength of PBAT/Ca CO_(3)composite increased slightly.When the content of Ca CO_(3) reached more than 20%,the tensile strength,elongation at break and impact strength of the composite were significantly reduced,and the maximum decreases were 36.40%,60.00%and 87.42%respectively compared with pure PBAT.The bending strength,bending modulus and tensile modulus increased with the increase of Ca CO_(3)content.DSC showed that the melting and crystallization temperatures of PBAT/Ca CO_(3)composite increased significantly,the crystallinity decreased and the transparency decreased after adding Ca CO_(3).
