摘 要:采用硬脂酸钙(CaSt2)、氮化硼(BN)、含氟助剂(PPA)对UHMWPE/HDPE共混物在熔融状态下的挤出加工性能进行改性,并通过转矩流变测试和熔体流动速率测试,表征了以不同方式组合的3种助剂对共混物体系的协同改性效果。通过拉伸强度测试,研究了流动改性助剂对共混物单丝的拉伸强度的影响。研究表明,添加适量CaSt_(2)后,共混物的黏流活化能和加工扭矩分别降低了32.7%和1.1%,同时,共混物单丝最大拉伸强度增大至1236.61 MPa;随着BN或PPA添加量的增加,共混物加工扭矩逐渐降低;同时添加BN和PPA后,共混物加工扭矩下降至56.98 N·m,熔体流动速率可达1.51 g/10 min,而且,单丝的拉伸强度明显降低,最大拉伸强度仅能达到815.13 MPa。Calcium stearate(CaSt2),boron nitride(BN)and fluorinated additives(PPA)were used to modify the extrusion processing properties of UHMWPE/HDPE blends in the molten state.The synergistic modification effects of the three additives blended in various ways on the mixture system were characterized by torque rheology tests and melt flow rate tests.Tensile strength tests were used to assess the effect of flow-modifying additives on the tensile strength of the blended monofilaments.It was shown that the addition of an appropriate amount of CaSt_(2)reduced the viscous flow activation energy and processing torque of the blends by 32.7%and 1.1%,respectively,while the maximum tensile strength of the monofilaments of the blends increased to 1236.61 MPa.The processing torque of the blends continued to decrease after the addition of BN or PPA;with the simultaneous addition of BN and PPA,the processing torque of the blends decreased to a minimum of 56.98 N·m,and the melt flow rate could reach 1.51 g/10 min.Furthermore,the tensile strength of the monofilaments decreased significantly,with a maximum tensile strength of 815.13 MPa.
