摘 要:采用熔融沉积法(FDM)3D打印工艺制作木粉(WF)与聚乳酸(PLA)质量比为3∶100的WF/PLA复合材料,研究了打印工艺参数对WF/PLA复合材料力学性能的影响,确定了最佳打印工艺条件,然后,在最佳条件下,打印WF与PLA质量比为11∶100的WF/PLA复合材料,并且,将该材料的性能与FDM 3D打印PLA试样进行了对比。结果表明,当打印层厚度为0.1 mm、打印温度为220℃、打印速度为50 mm/s、填充密度为100%、沉积角度为0时,WF/PLA复合材料的力学性能最佳。在该工艺条件下,WF与PLA质量比为11∶100的WF/PLA复合材料的拉伸强度、拉伸模量、弯曲强度、弯曲模量和冲击强度分别为纯PLA的89.61%、97.56%、82.86%、92.40%和95.04%,与纯PLA相比,复合材料的表面润湿性能较好,吸水率显著增大。The wood flour(WF)/Poly(lactic acid)(PLA)composite in which the mass proportion of WF to PLA was 3∶100(WF/PLA-C(3))were prepared by fused deposition modeling(FDM)3D printing technology,the effects of the printing parameters on the mechanical properties of the composite were investigated,and the best printing technological parameters were concluded.Then the PLA specimen and a novel WF/PLA composite whose mass proportion of WF and PLA was 11∶100(WF/PLA-C(11))were FDM 3D printed using the optimized printing parameters.Some properties of the printed composite and PLA were comparatively investigated.The results showed that the WF/PLA-C(3)had the best comprehensive mechanical properties when the printing layer thickness was 0.1 mm,the temperature of the nozzle was 220℃,the printing speed was 50 mm/s,the filling density was 100%,and the raster angle was 0°.The tensile strength,the tensile modulus,the flexural strength,the flexural modulus and the impact strength of WF/PLA-C(11)were 89.61%,97.56%,82.86%,92.40%and 95.04%those of pure PLA respectively,and showed more hydrophilic than PLA,meanwhile,WF/PLA-C(11)would take more moisture than PLA.
