摘 要:以某医用雾化器喷头为研究对象,为解决传统冷却水道冷却不充分、不均匀引起的塑件表面温差大、冷却效率低、翘曲变形值大等问题,设计了传统冷却水道和随形冷却水道方案,并且,对2种方案进行了模流分析和数据对比,结果表明,与传统冷却水道方案相比,随形冷却水道方案的塑件顶出温度时间缩短了29.1%,表面温度差降低了49.3%,体积收缩率减少了44.6%,翘曲变形值减少了23.1%,冷却效率及冷却均匀性得到提高,成型缺陷减少。然后,根据随形冷却水道方案设计了注塑模具结构,采用金属3D打印机加工成型随形水道型芯镶件,完成模具装配和试模,结果表明,随形冷却水道方案的塑件成型周期缩短了35.75%,有效地提高了塑件的生产效率,改善了塑件成型质量。Taking the medical atomizer nozzle as the research object,aiming at the problems of large surface temperature difference,low cooling efficiency and large warpage value of plastic parts caused by insufficient and non-uniform cooling of traditional cooling water channel,the traditional cooling water channel and conformal cooling water channel schemes were designed and analyzed,and these mold flow analysis of different schemes were carried out,and these cooling effects of two different schemes were compared.The analysis results showed that the ejecting temperature time was shortened by 29.1%,the surface temperature difference was reduced by 49.3%,the volume shrinkage was reduced by 44.6%,the warpage value was reduced by 23.1%,cooling efficiency was significantly improved,the cooling uniformity was improved,and the molding defect was reduced by the conformal cooling water channel.Then the injection mold structure was designed according to the conformal cooling water channel scheme,the conformal channel core insert of mold was processed by metal 3D printer,these mold assembly and test were completed,the result showed that the plastic molding cycle of the conformal cooling channel scheme was shortened by 35.75%,the production efficiency of plastic part was effectively improved,the quality of plastic part was improved.
