隧道地铁渗透问题与注浆堵漏处理

摘　　要：渗透问题是隧道地铁施工中的常见问题,很多隧道地铁项目均在施工中出现了渗透问题,并对施工进度、工程效益产生了负面影响。注浆堵漏处理是应对隧道地铁渗透问题的有效方式。基于此,从工艺、材料、设备3个方面对注浆堵漏技术进行简要介绍,以管片接缝处渗透、管片空洞处渗透为重点,分析隧道地铁常见渗透问题与原因,介绍注浆堵漏在管片接缝处渗透及管片孔洞处渗透中的应用。Penetration problem is a common problem in tunnel subway construction,and many tunnel subway projects have encountered seepage problems during construction,which have had a negative impact on construction progress and engineering benefits.Grouting and leak sealing treatment is an effective way to address the seepage problem of tunnels and subways.Based on this,the article first provides a brief introduction to the grouting and plugging technology from three aspects:process,materials,and equipment.Then,with a focus on the penetration of pipe joints and pipe cavities,it analyzes common penetration problems and reasons in tunnel subways.Finally,it introduces the application of grouting and plugging in the penetration of pipe joints and pipe holes.
