摘　　要：为更好解决石油企业员工安全教育培训中存在的主要问题,包括缺乏完善的教育培训约束机制、培训内容和实际生产之间脱节、培训方式较为单一等,提出提升石油企业员工安全教育培训水平的重要途径,以期为相关人员提供参考。In order to better solve the main problems existing in the safety education and training of employees in petroleum enterprises,including the lack of perfect education and training restraint mechanism,the disconnection between the training content and the actual production,the training method is relatively simple,and so on,the important ways to improve the safety education and training level of employees in petroleum enterprises are put forward,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
