摘　　要：中央社会工作部的组建在我国社会工作发展史上是一个重大事件,是传统社会工作向大社会工作转变的标志性事件。大社会工作的出现,既是因应传统社会工作向大社会工作转变的国际新近趋势,更是基于中国式现代化新征程要求扩展社会工作传统界限的历史使命。大社会工作格局下我国社会工作的转型将呈现以下趋势:社会工作服务对象从弱势群体向全体人民转变;社会工作领域从党的(群众)工作局部向党的(群众)工作全局转变;社会工作功能从福利服务向福利服务与社会治理双重角色或复合角色转变;专业社会工作从外来学科向本土(化)学科转变。对“大社会工作”格局下我国社会工作转型趋势的探讨具有前瞻性意义。The establishment of the Central Social Work Ministry of CPC is a significant event in the history of social work development in China,and a landmark event in the transformation of traditional social work into big social work.The emergence of big social work is not only in response to the recent international trend of the transformation from traditional social work to big social work,but also based on the historical mission of expanding the traditional boundaries of social work on the new journey of Chinese modernization.Under the big social work pattern,the transformation of social work in our country will show the following trends:the object of social work will change from the weak groups to the whole people;The fields of social work has changed from part of the Party’s(mass)work to the Party’s(mass)work as a whole;The function of social work has changed from welfare service to dual or compound role of welfare service and social governance.Professional social work is changing from a foreign discipline to a localized discipline.The discussion on the transformation trend of China’s social work under the pattern of“big social work”has forward-looking significance.
