摘　　要：某焦化装置空冷器在运行过程中管束发生泄漏。本文对空冷器管束进行宏观检查、壁厚检测、腐蚀产物分析,对焦化装置分馏塔顶馏出空冷器管束泄漏原因进行了分析。The tube bundle of the air cooler of a coking plant leaked during operation.In this paper,the macroscopic inspection,wall thickness detection and corrosion product analysis of the air cooler tube bundle are carried out,and the leakage reason of the overhead distillate air cooler tube bundle of the coking unit fractionator is analyzed.
