国外油田项目管道法兰用紧固件材料探讨

摘　　要：管道法兰用紧固件使用普遍且广泛,紧固件连接失效会造成法兰结构密封失效,发生泄漏事故。选用合适的紧固件材料,对于解决法兰结构密封失效问题,具有十分重要的实际应用意义。本文探讨了国外油气田地面工程项目管道法兰用紧固件的惯用设计标准和相关要求,对紧固件材料设计过程中需要考虑的因素进行了归纳和总结。同时从国外油气田地面工程项目的实例出发,对管道法兰用紧固件材料的选用情况进行了介绍,对未来类似设计提供指导和参考。Fasteners for pipe flanges are widely used,and the failure of fastener connection will cause the failure of flange seal and lead to leakage accidents.The selection of appropriate fastener materials is of great practical significance to solve the problem of flange seal failure.This paper discussed the design standards and related requirements of fasteners for pipe flanges in foreign oilfield projects,and summarized the factors that need to be considered in the design process of fastener materials.Meanwhile,the selection of fastener materials was introduced from the example of foreign oilfield projects,which provided guidance and reference for similar designs in the future.
