用户需求和情感体验驱动的办公椅优化设计方法

摘　　要：为进一步提升办公椅的舒适度,使其能够符合用户的情感需求,提出了一种基于用户需求和情感体验驱动的办公椅优化设计方法。首先,通过QFD法中“功能—行为—结构—效益”之间的关系对办公行为进行研究;其次,围绕办公椅结构和关键人因挖掘用户需求,将用户内在需求转化为产品的功能并融入设计方案;最后,采用JACK仿真来评估办公椅的舒适性及可行性。网状的椅子明显比其他椅子舒适,椅面坐垫形状会压迫大腿的血管和神经;板状PUR泡沫塑料椅明显比模塑PUR泡沫塑料椅更舒适。其设计方法可使产品效益与用户需求形成映射关系,可为办公椅设计提供参考。To further improve the comfort of office chairs and make them meet the emotional needs of users,a method of optimizing the design of office chairs based on user needs and driven by emotional experience is proposed.Firstly,through the relationship of"function-behavior-structure-benefit"in QFD method,the office behavior is studied.Secondly,around the structure of office chair and key human factors,the user's needs are excavated,and the user's internal needs are transformed into product functions and integrated into the design scheme;Finally,JACK simulation is used to evaluate the comfort and feasibility of the office chair.The mesh chair was significantly more comfortable than the other chairs,with the shape of the seat cushion compressing the blood vessels and nerves in the thighs;the slab PUR foam chair was significantly more comfortable than the molded PUR foam chair.The design approach allows for a mapping relationship between product benefits and user needs and can provide a reference for office chair design.
