摘  要:太阳能吸热器在高温高压环境下工作,需要承受复杂的载荷和环境因素,容易发生腐蚀、热应力、蠕变-疲劳等失效现象,影响其安全性和使用寿命。文章针对太阳能吸热器腐蚀、热应力、蠕变-疲劳的影响因素介绍了国内外相关研究成果,并进行了系统分析。详细介绍了腐蚀评价的金属耐蚀性10级标准、耐点蚀当量,热应力评价的线弹性断裂准则,蠕变-疲劳的评价的线弹性方法。针对太阳能吸热器材料、结构、工艺、工作参数、运行维护等方面,提出了相应的防护措施。The solar power receiver works in the high temperature and high pressure environment,and needs to withstand complex load and environmental condition.It is prone to appear the failure of corrosion,thermal stress,creep and fatigue,which affects its safety and operating life.In this paper,the influence factors of corrosion,thermal stress,creep and fatigue for the solar power receiver are introduced the relevant research results at home and abroad,and analyzed systematically,and.The paper introduces detailedly 10 pole standard of corrosion resistance of metal,pitting resistance equivalent number for corrosion evaluation,linear elastic fracture criterion for thermal stress evaluation and linear elastic method for creep and fatigue evaluation.In view of the material,structure,technology,working parameters,operation and maintenance for solar power receiver,the corresponding protective methods are proposed.
